Certified by The Realest brings items from the secondary market into The Realest’s ecosystem directly alongside our league and team partners. Every Certified item is backed by a full evidence file made up of facts, not opinions.
For every item submitted, we review the available provenance, ownership history, documentation, applicable records, historical consistency, and any other relevant evidence. All of it goes into a single evidence dossier.
An item earns Certified status when its provenance is consistent with its represented history under our certification standards and it meets our current marketplace acceptance criteria. Once Certified, it's part of The Realest registry.
Yes. There are no fees.
Certified is straight consignment.
You submit, we review, and if the item passes verification we work together to strategize the best plan, list it and sell it. You're paid when it sells.

Game-worn and game-used sports memorabilia, and pieces from music, film and entertainment with real provenance. Jerseys, equipment, footwear, awards, instruments, props, artifacts. If it has a story and the evidence to back it up, submit it. We're selective, and that's why buyers trust what's here.
Not to submit. The initial review works from your photos and documentation.
If your item moves forward, we'll arrange to receive it for in-hand verification, photography and listing.
Nothing from you. You receive 100% of the sale price. We make our money on a buyer's premium paid by the buyer on top of the hammer price, so our fee never comes out of your pocket.

No. Your identity is never shown on the item page or to the buyer.
That the item is what we say it is. Certified items carry our authenticity guarantee and a permanent page on The Realest documenting the evidence. If we're wrong, we make it right with the buyer, which is exactly why buyers pay more here.
Gold means a Realest authenticator was in the building and collected the item at the source. Silver means it came to us directly from the team, artist or studio. Certified means it came from a collector and we verified it through evidence. All three carry our guarantee.
Yes. Items that already carry our mark have a verified history from day one, which makes them the easiest thing on the platform to resell!
